✱ INFORMATION & EDITORIAL DESIGN
EDITORIAL DESIGN // INFORMATION // MARKETING // INFOGRAPHIC // VISUAL COMMUNICATION // ART DIRECTION
The following selection showcases executive reports and user manuals developed both to support users in navigating digital platforms and communicate insights gathered through Design Thinking methodologies.
Working across research, data and strategic findings, I used AI-assisted processes to help identify and highlight key insights, combined with editorial design, illustration and infographics to transform complex information into clear and engaging visual narratives for different audiences.
USER & MARKET RESEARCH REPORT | MULTIPLUS
Understanding Brazilian consumers beyond borders.
Multiplus was a Brazilian loyalty program exploring opportunities to expand its presence among Brazilian consumers living abroad.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary research team, I contributed to interviews, data collection, competitor analysis and persona development that investigated the behaviors, needs and expectations of Brazilian users (both in Brazil and overseas) in relation to loyalty platforms and consumption habits.
The research identified opportunities for market expansion and improvements to the company's digital experience. And all of these findings were brought together into a printed and bound research publication.
The team was involved throughout the entire process, from research and interviews to content development, printing and bookbinding. My role focused on organizing complex information and translating the collected research, data and insights and strategic recommendations into clear layouts, visual narratives, information systems using Adobe InDesign.
USER GUIDES & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN | SISLAM & SICARF
Two instructional publications developed to support the adoption of new digital systems and communicate complex technical information to different audiences. AI-assisted processes supported the development and refinement of clear instructional content, while editorial design adapted each publication to its specific users and context.
For SISLAM (above) a user guide was developed to help both citizens and public managers navigate a new digital system and understand its processes.
Rather than introducing additional visual elements, I chose to use screenshots as the central visual reference. I structured the guide as a clear, sequential navigation experience: while large titles and sequential numbering made it easier for users to quickly locate specific stages of each process whenever they needed guidance.
For SICARF, the challenge was to communicate a large volume of technical agricultural procedures to agricultural producers in Pará, Brazil. I developed a more visual and illustrative approach, translating complex technical information into a clear, didactic and accessible learning experience for its intended audience.
I decided to develop the publication using the visual language of illustrated guides and sequential storytelling. The editorial structure combined illustrations, step-by-step narratives and checklists to make technical content more approachable and engaging, helping seasonal practices and agricultural guidelines become easier to understand and apply in everyday work.
EXECUTIVE REPORTS & STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION
A selection of executive reports designed to transform complex data, research and findings collected by process and methodology, into clear and engaging visual narratives.
Using infographics, highlighted content, tables and flexible editorial layouts/grids, I organized complex information into professional reports. Each publication was designed to communicate key findings in a way that was both informative and enjoyable to read.
